Thomas Woo

Thomas is a very keen boating enthusiast and his passion led him into the industry 20 years ago. Thomas and Paul met in Hong Kong in 2012 when Paul was head of Azimut for the previous dealer. Over the next three years they completed several Azimut Grande sales together. So when the opportunity arose in 2015 to become Azimut dealers, they partnered without hesitation and founded Marine Italia Ltd.
Another passion of Thomas is supercars and he’s also active in several car clubs in Hong Kong, where many clients are involved, creating a natural crossover. These interests shape his work style. In a luxury lifestyle business, firsthand experience—as both client and operator—helps him set clear standards for customer experience.

Paul Grange

Co-Founder & Chief Operation Officer

Paul’s yachting career started over 30 years ago in England. He moved to Hong Kong to lead Azimut in the region, and that’s how he met Thomas along the way and became business partner. He believes that success in this industry starts with relationships—with his business partner Thomas, his decade‑long partnership with Azimut, his teams across Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Singapore, and above all, his clients. Strong, trust‑based relationships let him and his team navigate every situation—sometimes helping others, sometimes receiving support. He prides himself on a personal approach that builds the best relationships across the yachting business.
